Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and wrapping it under your arms and across your shoulder blades.

 

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, which is typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
